The Arkk Alliance Ltd is a rapidly growing accountancy practice committed to delivering exceptional client service. We’re seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing client satisfaction and supporting our continued growth.
Role Overview
As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and team members throughout the customer journey. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless, professional, and world-class experience by coordinating timely and efficient service delivery, maintaining compliance, and fostering strong client relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Client Onboarding & Service Setup: Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience and efficient system integration.
- Administrative & Office Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including general office duties and customer service support to the team along with other adhoc duties as requested by the Service Manager.
- Team Coordination: Assist the Service Manager in prioritising tasks, overseeing team allocations, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor client service levels, prepare reports, and adjust client packages based on usage to maintain optimal service delivery.
- Compliance & Regulatory Duties: Conduct and diarise AML checks, assist with client risk reports and handle enhanced due diligence. Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Provide comprehensive admin support for HMRC administration and handle company secretarial tasks such as filing address changes and confirmation statements.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, handle document uploads, and generate reports for management.
- Client Support & Communication: Act as a primary point of contact, oversea management and response times to shared emails, provide clients with software support, assist with accountancy clearance for new clients, and manage the setup of additional services for existing clients.
- Registered Office Services: Maintain the Registered Office Services register for subscribed clients and assist with managing company formations and associated compliance requirements.

- Competitive salary up to £28,000 per annum, DOE.
- 35-hour working week with a 2pm finish on Fridays.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Experience in a similar client-facing roles with a passion for service excellence.
- Emotionally intelligent, with the ability to develop trust and rapport quickly with a wide variety of clients, maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise workloads
- Possess laser-sharp attention to detail.

- Previous experience of AML & KYC compliance regulations preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Hours: Full-Time, 35 hrs/week (Mon–Thu 08:30–16:30, Fri 08:30–14:00)
