This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, shape the role, and develop new ideas to drive better client engagement, build new audiences, and deliver a seamless experience from first enquiry through to onboarding.
The Role
In this hands on and varied role, no two days will be the same as you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our new prospects. You’ll play a vital role in qualifying leads, setting up meetings, nurturing potential clients, and ensuring they experience a professional and high- quality journey from the start.
You’ll work proactively to grow our network — using social media, events, campaigns, and targeted outreach to build connections and promote our services. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve and develop the systems, processes, and tools that support this work.
You will work as part of the Client Support Team, reporting to the Client Services Manager in this Full-Time position, from our Leamington Spa office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and qualify enquiries from multiple channels, ensuring prospects are swiftly and professionally handled.
- Coordinate prospect meetings, matching prospects to the right internal experts and ensuring seamless scheduling.
- Nurture prospects with structured email, call, and social media follow-ups to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
- Proactively build audiences by connecting with potential clients and partners via LinkedIn and targeted outreach.
- Support marketing campaigns and events, ensuring clear calls-to-action, organised promotion, and effective post-event follow-up.
- Research and recommend relevant events, podcasts, and partnership opportunities to reach target audiences.
- Assist in creating and managing nurture campaigns, working with the marketing team to maximise engagement and conversions.
- Help onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active client and maintaining early-stage satisfaction.
- Identify and suggest improvements to sales and marketing systems, tools, and workflows for better efficiency and client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a Sales or marketing support role, preferably in a client- facing /professional services environment.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience or strong ability to design and improve administrative systems and processes.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise workloads with a laser-sharp attention to detail.
- Confidence using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Senta, or similar).
- Familiarity with email marketing and nurturing tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp).
- Experience using social media (especially LinkedIn, Instagram) for professional networking and outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- A friendly, personable, and professional approach to internal and external relationships.
- Curiosity and research skills to help identify new opportunities and audiences.
- A genuine interest in helping prospects and clients have a positive and memorable experience.
What You’ll Get;
- Competitive salary up to £28,000 per annum.

- 35 hour working week, (2pm finish on Friday’s)

Hours: Full-Time – 35hrs/week (Mon to Thu 08:30 till 16:30 & Fri 08:30 till 14.00)
